Service Description

This package includes the following: ● STUDIO QUALITY SET-UP on site with Professional Strobe Lights. ● Photographer will guide and direct your guests, strike the perfect poses everytime. ● Includes 50x printed photos (additional quantity can be added via Add-On options) ● Prints are all printed using High Quality Photo Prints (Long Lasting + Oil, Dust & Water Resistant) ● All High-Resolution Photos will be uploaded via Google Drive.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Hey You Studio provides video guestbook and on-site photo studio services. Booking confirms acceptance of these terms. 1. Booking & Payment A $100 non-refundable security deposit per service or full payment secures your date. Deposits apply toward the total. Dates are reserved only upon payment. The balance is due 30 calendar days before the event; bookings within 30 days require full payment. Late payment may result in cancellation without a deposit refund. We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, and cash. Prices are locked at booking. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice qualify for a refund excluding deposits. Rescheduling is free with 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel, Client receives a full refund or free rescheduling. 3. Force Majeure Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, disasters, or venue closures. We will work toward rescheduling or an appropriate refund. 4. Equipment We take reasonable precautions against equipment failure and data loss. If either occurs, liability is limited to a refund for the affected service. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded. 5. Client Responsibilities Client must provide suitable space, a level surface, standard 120V power within 10 ft, and required venue permits/insurance. Service may pause for unsafe guest conduct. 6. Travel Fees Travel within 50 miles of Wendell is included. Beyond this radius, travel is charged at $1 per additional mile in each direction. 7. Media Delivery Edited media is delivered within 7 days via digital gallery. Raw files require separate purchase. Files may be deleted 90 days after delivery. Client should download and back up files promptly. 8. Image & Video Usage Client receives a personal-use license. We may use event media for portfolios, advertising, and social media unless Client opts out in writing before the event. Guests consent to recording through event signage/notice. 9. Liability & Indemnification Our total liability is limited to the booking amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Client agrees to indemnify us against claims arising from Client or guest misconduct or violations of these terms. 10. Changes The terms effective at booking govern the reservation. 11.
