Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Hey You Studio provides video guestbook and on-site photo studio services for events. Booking means you agree to these terms. 1. Booking & Payment Payment in full is required to reserve your date; the date is not held until payment is received. We accept credit card, debit card, ACH, and cash. Prices are locked in once payment is made. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows (we arrive but the event doesn't happen, or Client/venue is unavailable) aren't refund-eligible, especially without 48-hour notice. If we must cancel, you'll receive a full refund or a free reschedule. 3. Force Majeure Neither party is liable for delays from severe weather, disasters, venue closure, or other events beyond reasonable control. We'll work in good faith to reschedule or prorate a refund. 4. Equipment We take reasonable precautions (backups, redundant storage) against data loss. If equipment failure or data loss still occurs, our liability is limited to a refund for the affected service, no liability for indirect or consequential damages. 5. Client Responsibilities Client provides a suitable space, level surface, and standard 120V power within 10 ft, plus any venue-required insurance/permits. We may pause service if guest conduct endangers equipment or people. 6. Delivery of Media Edited photos/videos are delivered within 1 week via digital gallery. Raw files aren't included unless purchased separately. Files are retained 90 days post-delivery, then may be deleted, back up your files promptly. 7. Image & Video Usage Client gets a personal-use license for delivered media. Company may use event photos/videos (including guest likenesses) for portfolio, marketing, and social media, unless Client opts out in writing beforehand. Guests using the video guestbook or photo studio consent to being recorded, per signage/notice at the event. 8. Liability & Indemnification Company's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid for the booking; no liability for indirect or consequential damages. Client indemnifies Company against claims from Client's or guests' violation of these terms or misconduct at the event. 9.
